With more than 25 years’ experience in the events industry, Georgie Holmes specialises in producing conferences that bring academia and industry together, creating meaningful networking opportunities across sectors including finance, medical, charitable, military, sport and hospitality. She has delivered high‑profile conferences, exhibitions and awards programmes for organisations such as Samsung, Imperial College London, GE Healthcare, London Irish and The Armed Forces Equine Charity, working in prestigious venues with senior leaders, sponsors and distinguished guests. Known for integrating seamlessly into client teams, Georgie is widely regarded as a trusted “out‑house‑in‑house” events partner.
Georgie’s strength lies not only in conference delivery but in sponsorship and exhibition sales built on integrity and long‑term value. With a Biology degree from the University of Bath and an early career in PR and marketing at global agency Hill & Knowlton Strategies, Karen brings a distinctive blend of analytical thinking, creativity and client‑focused communication to her work at Pemberley Events. Over more than 20 years, she has partnered with high‑profile organisations including Imperial College London, Johnson & Johnson, Unilever, Sainsbury’s, BASEM and the BBPA, developing a strong instinct for shaping experiences that are both strategically sound and creatively memorable.
As co‑founder and director of Pemberley Events, Karen designs and delivers an exceptionally diverse portfolio of conferences, awards, charity galas and private celebrations, often in prestigious venues such as The Ritz, the Tower of London and Drapers’ Hall. A natural people person, she thrives on collaboration and is known for meticulous planning, strong supplier relationships and an unwavering focus on guest experience. Warm, energetic and endlessly organised, Karen brings passion and precision to every project, ensuring every guest leaves delighted, and every client feels genuinely cared for.
Clodagh Keogh
Clodagh is a highly accomplished marketing communications and events professional with 30 years’ experience delivering strategic, high‑impact programmes across the UK, Europe and international markets. A graduate in Economics and German, she began her career with global organisations including KPMG, SAP and fast‑growing technology start‑ups, working in Dublin, Brussels and Milan. This international experience gave her deep insight into European markets and a strong foundation in brand development, product launches, internal communications and pan‑European events.
Having later co‑founded a successful PR and Marketing Consultancy, Clodagh continues to provide senior‑level strategic and communications guidance alongside her work with Pemberley Events. An open, highly effective communicator and fluent Italian speaker, she is valued for her calm professionalism, clarity of thinking and ability to manage complex stakeholder environments. Known for her discretion and meticulous execution, Clodagh brings structure, confidence and consistency to every project, ensuring events and campaigns are flawlessly delivered.

Swathee Sankar
A highly organised and dedicated event producer, Swathee approaches every brief with efficiency, warmth and keen attention to detail. She spent several years at Deloitte, working within the private members’ space of the Deloitte Academy, designed to support and guide board and executive committee members through webinars, seminars and curated discussions. There, she delivered high-level events for senior audiences, developing a strong understanding of the discretion and exacting standards required when operating at an executive level.
Prior to this, she worked for a technology-sector-supported leadership forum that convened business leaders and innovators to expand their networks. She commenced her career working in the front-of-house of luxury hotels, grounding her professional foundation in the principles of exceptional service, anticipation and guest experience.
